Hi There. We are Andreas and Katherine Miller. The proud owners and operators of Gesundheit Bakery Ltd. We have been in business since June of 2005. Gesundheit Bakery is a family business that is dedicated to providing you with great quality European breads, buns and sweets. Andreas has over 24 years of baking experience with European Breads.
What makes our product different from most?
Well, we make all of our products from scratch using only the best ingredients. Unlike a lot of breads on the market today, we do not use any oil, sugar or preservatives in our breads(except sweets). This makes our breads healthier than most.

What is the Customer Appreciation Card?
It's the card that will give you a free loaf of bread after every tenth loaf is purchased. It can be used at any of the Farmers Markets or in our store only.
Also, when you purchase any of our buns, pretzels, pretzel buns, cheese sticks, seelen or cinna-twist, you can have a dozen for the price of ten. No card needed for the loose items.
